We may be known for our modern, boundary-pushing solutions, but we’re sticklers for returning buildings to their former glory, too. In this project, we were handed the keys to an 1800’s textile mill in trendy Ancoats, before it sold for an impressive £7,000,000.
Hundreds of partitions, ceilings, and plastered walls later, and this building is now home to 53 apartments – 42 being two-beds, and 11 being 1-beds. Overflowing with character, whilst in keeping with its history, this building brings together original brickwork, steel columns, and towing windows with the modern touches we’re all for.
