As part of the NHS’ £15M plan to ease the flow of patients through A&E, we were welcomed into Royal Preston Hospital to bring our signature trio to their new Day Surgery extension: Safety, longevity, and aesthetics.
Designed to become a dedicated space for patients admitted from A&E in need of surgery, the Sharoe Green Lane facility is worlds apart from its previous life as a Medical and Surgical Assessment unit – in part thanks to our all-important fire protection, ultra-sophisticated steel framing system, privacy-friendly partitions, suspended ceilings, and the rendering-cladding combination that almost says “We’re brand new!”.
