Once a tired office complex, we played a vital role in transforming One Central Park into a vibrant educational facility, where a triangular courtyard neighbours three open-plan wings, featuring everything from classrooms, workshops, and lecture theatres to an incubator space for ambitious entrepreneurs.
With SAS International taking the reins on ceiling design, we took the reins on, well, almost everything else, taking care of all 3 buildings, from fire stopping, partitions, plastering, bespoke mesh ceilings, and rendering of the welfare block to fully fitting out the changing facilities. We even transformed the courtyard into an indoor, architecturally incredible hub, with Mancunian weather in mind.
