We were invited to put our mark on Oldham’s newest high school; Oasis Academy, a 4-storey, 1,500-capacity setting in Leesbrook. Tasked with creating a modern, welcoming environment, from SFS and partitions to plastering, suspended ceilings, and acoustic wall panelling that radiates ‘modern’, we placed emphasis on both function and form – and it shows.
Spanning from the brand-new sports hall to the double-height activity studios, dining areas, and assembly hall – with the state-of-the-art lighting and sound to match – we created a more contemporary take on typical schools, with images that speak for themselves.
