This project involved more than a visual freshen-up. Instead, through the power of new partitions, plastering, and suspended ceilings, we were able to change the purpose of Liverpool Women’s Hospital’s ground floor, creating a series of day case treatment rooms, as a welcoming space for patients to put their feet up, before returning home.
Beyond boosting patient satisfaction, we’ve boosted capacity, raising the (suspended) ceiling on how many women can be treated each day. Happier patients, happier staff, and a better-supported community.
