This was a second-of-its-kind project in the UK – and when it comes to innovation, it shows. Welcomed into Allerton Waste Recovery Park, a waste plant able to power 60,000 homes with 320,000 tonnes of household waste, we knew that our solutions had to match the pioneering (and high-profile!) nature of the facility.
And that, it did, constructing and fitting out a 2-storey head office block, as well as numerous offices, control rooms, and welfare spaces throughout the plant. Then, the gem on the project’s crown was our structural steel framing system, adding multi-level walkways throughout the operational area, free of hot-rolled steel. From partitions and plastering to suspended ceilings, it was in great hands.
